Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days of delivery. Email drink@sip-zero.com with your order number, then return the items unopened and in their original packaging within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund the item price within 14 days of receiving them. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or wrong items: if anything arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, email drink@sip-zero.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it in full, including delivery.

Taste Guarantee: love it or your first pack is on us. If your first order from sip-zero.com isn't for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund one pack, with nothing to send back. Full terms: sip-zero.com/pages/taste-guarantee

Subscriptions: skip, pause or cancel any time from your account before your next order is processed.

This doesn't affect your legal rights.
