We think Sip tastes like a proper cocktail. If you try it and disagree, we'll refund your first pack. 🍸
How it works
- Place your first order at sip-zero.com.
- Try it properly: chilled, over ice, with a garnish.
- Not for you? Email drink@sip-zero.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the flavour you tried and what you didn't like.
- We'll refund the price of one pack to your original payment method. There's nothing to send back.
The small print
- First order from sip-zero.com only. One claim per customer and per household or delivery address.
- We refund one pack, up to the price of a 12-pack (£34.99). If your first order was a bundle or more than one pack, we refund up to that amount.
- Delivery charges are not refunded.
- Covers orders placed at sip-zero.com only. It does not cover subscription renewals, wholesale orders, gift orders or Sip bought from other shops or marketplaces.
- We may decline repeat, bulk or bad-faith claims.
- This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and doesn't affect them.
- Gift orders = shipping and billing address do not match.
